We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@shopcolbyandco.com with your order number.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Returns must be approved before being sent back
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without approval, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please include your preferred size or item when reaching out. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Damages and issues
